Most restaurants serve a pasta dish with 4 servings of pasta!!! You do not need to finish and clean off the plate every time.
Alternatively ask for a child's serving or entree size only . Tell them why - any good restaurant would understand! Plus with a smaller portion on your size, it won't worry you so much leaving so much on your plate!!
