Weight Loss Challenge

A word from the Doctor at Medicine on Second

1] When trying to lose weight it's easy to get bogged down in the things we "have to" do or"can't have". When you notice this happening try to switch your focus from the "have to" to your goals and "why" you're losing weight. It may sound trite but it helps to remind us of the big picture and of all the good that will come from our efforts.

2] Watch your alcohol when trying to lose weight - it's an easy way to overload on calories. Keep in mind the following fact when reaching for the bottle of red -- the calories contained in a standarddrink of alcoholneed40min of sweat breaking exercise to burn off. This is where most people completelyundo thegood work of the day.

All the best,

Dr Gordon Bland
