How do you eat

What is your eating habbit?

  • Do you eat quickly? Gulping food down ,finishing before everyone else?
  • Do you take large bites,putting large quantities on your fork or spoon?
  • Do you chew well or do you swallow the food before you have a chance to soften it and break it down. Does food ever get caught on the way down?
  • Do you savour the flavour? Do you really give yourself a chance to enjoy the meal whilst you are eating it?
  • Do you suffer from reflux or heartburn after eating?

Take time to observe the how you eat

By making simple changes to the way you eat your food you may find that not only do you enjoy it more ,but your digestion is improved and you are actually able to reduce your quantities.

Eating more slowly leads to feeling fuller sooner and can allow you to comfortably reduce the size of your portions,thus also reduce your waistline!
