Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low. Thought ...... I know you guys have a lot of business lunch's you have to go to, maybe eating fruit or vegetables in the morning will ensure you don't eat as much for lunch ! Another thing to think about ....even though fruit is good for you , it does contain sugar. Try carrots, celery !
