Hello everyone,

Well I hope everyone is back on track after Easter and a few extra calories. I confess to eating my share of the chocolates and a few extra glasses of wine.

Just a reminder to pop out a sponsorship form at work and get a few people to sponsor you. Get the donations rolling in for the charities.

A few tips up for the week - take the time to read them and take advantage of Sally-Anne (Dietitian) and the Beach house Gym for support.
