New Consultation Fees as of 1st January 2010

VR Doctors Standard consultations (Item 23)

Monday to Friday

·         $ 70.00 adults ( Non Card Holders ) Gap $ 35.70

·         $ 60.00 kids ( Non card holders) Gap $ 25.70

Saturdays 

·         Adults ( Non Card Holders ) $ 80.00 Gap $ 45.70

·         All other Monday-Friday fees apply to card holders and children under 16 years of age.

Pensioners, HCC holders and Children bulk billed. Card Holders must present card.

Children’s immunisations and surgical procedures will be bulk billed

 SIASCOPE Clinics ( above rates apply HOWEVER kids will be bulk billed

 

VR Doctors Long Consultations (Initial Consultation or Item 36)

Monday to Friday

·         $ 120.00 adults ( Non Card Holders ) Gap $ 54.80

·         $ 100.00 kids ( Non card holders) Gap $ 34.80

 

Pensioners, HCC holders and Children bulk billed. Card Holders must present card.

Children’s immunisations and surgical procedures will be bulk billed

SIASCOPE Clinics ( above rates apply HOWEVER kids will be bulk billed

 

Saturdays  

·         Adults ( Non Card Holders ) $ 140.00 Gap $ 74.80

·         Kids ( Non Card Holders ) $ 130.00 Gap $ 64.80

Dr Roger Morris's Fees (Standard Consultation or Item 23)

·         Adult non-cardholders - standard fees apply ($70 for a #23)

·         Child non-cardholders  - standard child's fee ($60 for a #23) or discount fee applies (depending on complexity)

·         HCC (adults & children) - discount fee applies (may be BB'd for simple consults)

·         All pensioners (adults & children) - Always bulk billed

·         SIAscope - Discount Fee or bulk billed

Immunisations, procedures, script only, multiple reviews, dressings - All bulk billed
 

Non VR Doctors (Standard Consultation or Item 53)

·         Adults ( Non Card Holders) $ 56.70 Gap $ 35.70

·         Kids ( Non Card Holders)   $ 46.70 Gap $ 25.70

Non VR Doctors (Long Consultation or Item 54)

·         $ 92.80 adults ( Non Card Holders ) Gap $ 54.80

·         $ 72.80 Kids ( Non Card Holders ) Gap $ 34.80

Saturdays  

·         Adults ( Non Card Holders ) $ 112.80 Gap $ 74.80

·         Kids ( Non card Holders ) $ 102.80 Gap $ 64.80

Other items may apply when required, i.e. a longer consultation, ECG, Spirometer etc.

Patients who hold pension, health care cards, DVA or who are under the age of 16 will usually be bulk billed.

Please note, on occasions your own GP may bulk bill even if you are a private patient.

Should you see a doctor who is not your own GP, the practice policy on private fees will apply.

 

PLEASE NOTE- A NON ATTENDANCE FEE WILL APPLY IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE FEE CAN RANGE FROM $ 70.00- $ 250.00 DEPENDING UPON APPOINTMENT. Management Team
