Over time we have established some excellent relationships with the media. Dr Roger Morris has a regular column in the Kids On the Coast magazine on family health care related issues, and we are regularly called on to be interviewed or comment for local media pieces.
Medicine On Second have also taken their expertise to the airwaves and now have their own segment on Hot 91 FM, called ‘What’s Up Doc? Every Monday at 5pm, Dr. Michael Ryan and Dr. Roger Morris chat with Nugget and Hayley and answer caller’s medical questions.

Medicine On Second has been awarded The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Queensland General Practice of the Year Award for 2007.
The award recognises the outstanding work of general practices; the commitment of the practice to accreditation; the standard of facilities offered to patients and staff; and the services offered to the local community.
