They run our treatment room efficiently and help our patients in many ways, including wound care, childhood immunisation, medical testing, health assessments, asthma and diabetes education. They also ensure that the highest standards of patient care and infection control are maintained.

Wendy Bishop - Practice Nurse
Wendy has been nursing for about 12 years. She qualified in Toowoomba and completed practical training at Caboolture Hospital. Wendy has a special interest in wound care, travel and child immunisations, and allergy testing for adults and children. She loves working with her patients hoping to offer them a better quality of life. Wendy regularly undertakes extra training to broaden her knowledge in medical/patient care. |
MoniqueGarrick – Practice Nurse
Monique is an experienced nurse with over twenty years acute experience including general and surgical nursing, midwifery, radiological and gastroenterology. She returned to live on the Sunshine Coast in 2005 after working in North Queensland for over ten years. Her professional interests include women's health and obstetric nursing and patient and staff education.
