Leanne Simpson
Leanne has been a receptionist with Dr Michael Ryan since 1993. She started at Cotton Tree then moved to Plaza Central Family Practice when the surgery was amalgamated in 2002. Leanne has a tremendous amount of experience in medical administration, and is always looking for new concepts and systems to help patients.
Vicky Renouf
Vicky has been a medical receptionist for 14 months, working at Medicine On Second for 12 months. Previous to that she was an Assistant in Nursing and also performed some dietician work for 12 months. Vicky has a Certificate in Business and Administration which was focused on the Medical Industry. She has continued her education by doing a pathology, computer and first aid course. Vicky enjoys focusing on patient service and management. |

Fiona Denyer
Fiona is the Senior Receptionist at our Forest Glen Practice and joined our dynamic team in January 2007 after working for another medical practice on the Coast. She moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2006 from Bundaberg with her family, having worked at general practices since 2001.
She holds a current CPR certificate and a Blue Card for Child Related Employment. Fiona most enjoys dealing with the patients and their families. She regularly attends workshops to keep her up to date with many aspects of the practice. |

Anne Cronan
Anne has been a medical receptionist since the 1980’s having worked in various large medical practices in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Anne enjoys working at a busy medical practice, particularly the focus on patient service and communication. |

Llara Nau
Llara has been a medical receptionist for many years working in several large busy medical practices like ours. She is a great communicator with patients. Like all the medical reception staff she is an important member in our team. |

Tanya Markham
Tanya has been a medical receptionist since 1999, previously working at a busy medical practice in Maleny for 9 years. In 2007 Tanya worked for a local plastic surgeon, seeking experience in the specialist field before joining Medicine on Second. Tanya has a keen interest in patient care & customer service , has a senior first aid certificate and holds a Blue Card for child related services. |

Jan
Jan comes to Medicine On Second with a wealth of experience as a medical receptionist as a medical receptionist, having worked in various medical centres across the Sunshine Coast since 1999. Previous to that Jan completed courses in medical administration, medical terminology and first aid. Jan then spent many years working as a phlebotomist for pathology. Jan loves people!
Jenice Logan
Jenice has been a medical receptionist for many years working in various surgeries in Bundaberg and
Sunshine
Coast. Jenice enjoys working in a busy practice with her main focus on customer service. She holds a Commissioner for Declarations and holds a Certificate IV in finance broking.

Trish is a recent addition to our growing team. She has always had a passion for customer service having had a long career in the retail industry. Originally from New Zealand she lived in Perth for seven years and arrived to the Sunshine Coast in 2000. |

Emily Jacobs & Lauren Simpson
Emily and Lauren are our wonderful junior administrators. They help us with all the administration work and also run around doing all the odd jobs that are essential for running a large medical practice. Both girls are university students currently studying at the Sunshine Coast. |
