The options are to tough it out or stress that a carefully scheduled lunch time appointment will run over time. But that will no longer be a problem for at least two days a week on the Coast.

Campaign: I Want to be a Doctor When I Grow Up!

Pro-active local medical practice Medicine on Second who were last year awarded Queensland Practice of the Year have been overwhelmed with the response to their recently launched “Big Play Out” initiative where a doctor and a children's author visit local day care centres to increase small children's health awareness.
To date over 25 day care centres around the Coast have registered for “Big Play Outs” to be held at their premises.

Campaign: Twenty20 Weight Loss Challenge 1/4 way weigh in

The aim was to get 20 overweight men on board but now 30 guys keen to drop some kilos have officially enlisted themselves for the 2020 Weight Loss Challenge which was launched just last month, with several others ‘unofficially’ participating too.
All are consistently losing at least a kilo a week, and some are electing to get serious by engaging personal trainers from Beach House Fitness, the Challenge’s dietician Sally Livock and health advice from medical practice Medicine on Second.

Campaign: Twenty20 Weight Loss Challenge launch (February 2008)

Following the success of the new Twenty20 cricket format, local doctor, entrepreneur and philanthropist Dr Michael Ryan will this week launch his own Twenty20 program – the Twenty20 Weight Loss Challenge.
The concept is simple: take 20 middle aged local males, and get them to lose 20 kilos in just 20 weeks whilst raising cash for charity.
